Inaya’s Smile School
Every child deserves the chance to learn — even in the middle of crisis.
In Al Nuseirat Camp, Gaza, hundreds of children have lost not only their homes but also their classrooms. For many of them, education has suddenly stopped.
Inaya’s Smile School was created to change that. What started as a small learning space in a tent has grown into a safe place where more than 350 children can continue their education, find stability, and begin to heal from the trauma of conflict.
But keeping this school open requires urgent support.
Why We Are Fundraising
Across Gaza, the majority of schools have been damaged or destroyed, leaving thousands of children without access to education. Inaya’s Smile School provides structured learning, emotional support, and a safe daily environment for displaced students in Al Nuseirat Camp.
Our goal is to ensure these children can continue learning despite the circumstances around them.
Total Cost of the Project
We are raising £62,611 to support 350 students for six months.
This funding will cover the full operating cost of the school, including:
- Six months of operational continuity
- School furniture and learning equipment
- Books, stationery, and educational materials
- Daily meals and clean drinking water for students
- Teacher salaries and educational staff
- Hygiene supplies and sanitation facilities
- Psychological and emotional support activities
- Basic medical and first-aid support
